For five days, our expert team will fill you in on a range of topics from buying to customer service to store management. You’ll even get to spend a day with our on-site buyer to learn more about how we keep our franchise boutiques well-stocked with the latest fashions! We think that by the time you return to your location, you’ll be ready to run your business with confidence.

On-Site Training

Now that you’ve mastered the “book learning,” it’s time to see you put it into practice! Our experts will join you right at your own boutique franchise to help you prepare for your opening. For 3-5 days, we’ll teach you and your staff the art of visual merchandising, helping you get your store in good shape for opening. You’ll also have the chance to apply what you learned in your classroom training under our supervision, giving us the opportunity to help you master these necessary skills.

Ongoing Support
